The point is to have an alluring presence in the list of search results in order for the prospective clients to be attracted to your Learnworlds courses.

Think of your page as an e-book—clear, organized, and easy to navigate. An e-book typically has one title at the top that gives the reader a general idea of what they’re about to explore. This could be a call to action, your brand name, or simply the name of the page (e.g., "Courses").

Keep the number of keywords low and focus on quality, as keyword stuffing is a thing of the past. Overusing them now can actually hurt your search engine ranking rather than help it.

If you’re not familiar with what ranking means, here’s a quick explanation from Google:

To find the best keyword to target, let's dive a bit into Google Trends. This website is an indispensable tool for specialists, offering valuable insights into the most popular search terms and helping you build smarter strategies.
What is your page about? What are you selling? What audience are you looking to attract? Think like your customers and come up with a few keywords or phrases they’d type into a browser’s search bar. Then, take a look at the charts—how many times was your selection of words searched for in the past X amount of time?

For example, I selected 'LearnWorlds' as my keyword, chose a global view (you can select the country where you plan to do business), and a chart showing data for the past 90 days. Below, you can see how my search looks and what the volume was for this term over the past three months.

But you don’t have to do this for every single combination that comes to mind. If you scroll a bit lower on the page, you’ll also find a list of Related topics and queries.

Of course, these are suggestions. You can also focus on lower-volume searches, as those tend to have fewer competing websites ranking for them.

Every time you type something into the Google search bar, you’ll be prompted with a list of long-tail results that other users have searched for. This is a great starting point because you’re stepping into your target audience’s shoes, seeing what they see when they search for your content.

If you’re eager to enhance your SEO strategy and dive deeper, their knowledge bases are excellent resources to help you get started and make the most of their capabilities. For instance, Ahrefs can show you which phrases your competitors are ranking for, allowing you to identify gaps or opportunities to improve your own content.

Content writing

Finding a list of effective keywords is just the first step toward building your website to conquer the rankings. You can't just sprinkle keywords across your pages and hope for the best—you also need compelling text, engaging images, and credible references. These elements not only help search engine bots (crawlers) index your website effectively but also establish trust with your human audience.

Competition and Target Audience Analysis

In addition to focusing on keywords, it’s essential to understand your competition and target audience. Sometimes, simply putting yourself in your audience’s shoes isn't enough because our perspectives can be limited. That's why it's crucial to actively analyze what others in your niche are doing.
Start by searching for what your LearnWorlds academy offers—check out what’s trending online and which pages are occupying the top 10 search results. Dig deeper by exploring social platforms like Reddit, Quora, Facebook, or Twitter. These platforms are goldmines for understanding what people are talking about regarding the content you're planning to offer.

By analyzing these sources, you’ll gain valuable insights into your audience’s needs, wants, and motivations. Addressing these needs head-on is a powerful way to ensure your content resonates and stands out.

High-quality visuals not only capture attention but also break up text-heavy pages, making them more enjoyable to read and explore. You won’t need to break the bank for good images. You can find plenty of great options on platforms like:

  • Pexels. A free stock photo/video platform that helps everyone find high-quality images. Just describe what you're looking for in the searchbar
  • Google Images - A widely used source of images, Google Images offers a variety of options from diverse sources. To ensure you’re not using a copyrighted image, search for a description and then go to Tools > Usage rights > Creative Commons licenses. The steps are highlighted in the image below.

Once you’ve found your visuals, don’t forget to optimize them to reduce loading times. Faster loading improves user experience and positively impacts your SEO rankings.

Alternative Text or Alt Text
