At TheLMSGeek, we strive to provide high-quality consultancy services for building websites using LearnWorlds. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- TheLMSGeek is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
- The delivered services do not align with the initial scope of work outlined in the agreement.
- The client cancels the service before any work has commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If services have already been provided as per the agreed scope.
- If the client is dissatisfied due to subjective preferences unrelated to the agreed deliverables.
- If the client fails to provide necessary information or feedback within the required timeframe.
- If delays occur due to third-party dependencies beyond TheLMSGeek’s control.
- For any additional work requested outside the initial agreement.
3. Partial Refunds In cases where only part of the service has been completed, a partial refund may be considered at TheLMSGeek’s discretion based on the work completed.
4. Refund Request Process To request a refund, clients must:

- Provide detailed reasoning for the refund request.
- Allow up to 14 business days for TheLMSGeek to review and respond to the request.
5. Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the client’s account.
- Chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication may result in a ban from future services.
